When I'm Missing You

Assalamualaikum.

Hey.

I don't know if you're reading this or not. I don't have any idea if you're secretly reading my blog.

I know some people would go through a phase in their lives where they'd change completely. I know you've had the time. And I know you're still trying to change for the better.

Thank you for the e-mails you've given me. I know you care about me, in other words I know you love me.

The only thing I'm asking you is to please understand me.

I appreciate all the words you've given to me. But most of the time the words didn't come out at the right time. And the tone of the words wasn't what I liked, either.

Please understand there's no such thing as ceteris paribus. There's no such thing as everything being equal. So don't expect me or eveybody else to follow whatever you want to say.

Forgive me for ignoring you e-mails. I've been thinking too many times whether I should reply or not, but seeing as how you ended up hurting me with the same issue, made me choose for the mails to stay in the inbox.

I don't want to be sappy but I miss the old you. Even though you're changing for the better, you seem to forget the ones who are more important to you and thus deserve your respect.

If you want to change the situation, I'd be glad to accept that. But you have to remember you can't change everything overnight. Things take time.

Take care of your words, you know. You don't have any idea how many people you've hurt. You're so blunt. You're too innocent, and sometimes silly.

I miss the old you. They all do, too, just in case you don't know.
